一、用途：
鏈式輸送機是一種用于水平或傾斜（≤15°）送粉狀、粒狀的物料產品，本產品廣泛用于建材、建筑、化工、火電、糧食加工、礦山、機械、冶煉、交通、港口和運輸等行業。

二、工作原理：
散料各微粒間存在著相互的內摩擦力和內壓力，它們在鏈運機機槽內受到輸送鏈運動帶來的與運動同向的拉力作用，使散料間的內摩擦力、內壓力增大，當內摩擦力大于物料與機槽壁的摩擦力后，物料在輸送鏈的帶動下，向前移動，當料層高與機槽寬的比值滿足一定條件時，物流是穩定的，料速約等于鏈速。

四、注意事項：
1．物料溫度在60-120℃時，易選用較慢鏈速。物料超過120℃時，請于本公司技術科聯系。
2．若輸送長度大于90m或輸送一些特殊物料、或用在特殊的場合，用戶無法自行選用時，請于本公司技術科聯系。
五、維修：
1．檢查各部級檢的緊固情況，若有松動應及時擰緊。
2．檢查各運轉部位的潤滑情況，應按設備潤滑“五定“標準，進行加注潤滑油（脂）。
3．檢查內外鏈權與該輪的聯接情況，如有磨損或位置變動，應及時處理。
4．檢查各鏈板的連接螺栓的緊固情況，若有松動應及時擰緊。
5．檢查減速機的潤滑情況，潤滑油應符合油標尺刻度要求。
6．工作后對設備進行檢查、清理和擦拭，并清理工作場地。
六、定期保養
1．鏈板機在運轉半個月時，應對各內外鏈板、鎖片、該輪進行檢查，磨損嚴重時應更換。
2．鏈板輸送機在運轉一個月時，應對機頭、機尾軸承進行檢查，并加注潤滑脂及更換密封件。
3．鏈板輸送機在運轉一個月時，應對減速機進行檢查并補充潤滑油及更換密封件。
4. 鏈板輸送機在運轉一個月時，應對傳動部位的零部件進行檢查并更換。
5．一周一小查，3個月一大變，必須保證主從動支架出渡槽的中心線在一條直線上。
6．經常保持減速機干凈、整潔。
