一 管鏈輸送機概述 Introduction
管式輸送機又稱管式鏈板輸送機，工作時，裝有圓盤刮板的鏈條在封閉的管路中運動，依靠刮板推動物料沿管路向前輸送，是一種節(jié)能、連續(xù)輸送設備。

二、管鏈輸送機工作原理working principle
管鏈輸送機是輸送粉狀、小顆粒狀及小塊狀等散狀物料的連續(xù)輸送設備，可以水平、傾斜和垂直組合輸送。在密閉管道內，以鏈片為傳動構件帶動物料沿管道運動。當水平輸送時，物料顆粒受到鏈片在運動方向的推力。當料層間的內摩擦力大于物料與管壁的外摩擦力時，物料就隨鏈片向前運動，形成穩(wěn)定的料 流；當垂直輸送時，管內物料顆粒受鏈片向上推力，因為下部給料阻止上部物料下滑，產生了橫向側壓力，所以增強了物料的內摩擦力，當物料間的內摩擦力大于物料與管內壁外摩擦力及物料自重時，物料就隨鏈片向上輸送，形成連續(xù)料流。
